All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns.

To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size chart before making a purchase. If you have any questions about sizing or product details, feel free to reach out to our support team before placing your order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at imatchapparel@gmail.com, and we will assist you accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy for Defective Items

While we do not offer exchanges or refunds for general returns, we will accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please review our policy below for details on how to proceed:

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at imatchapparel@gmail.com
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for defective items.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and process your return within 7 business days.
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND ONGOING SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES RIGHT NOW, ORDERS CAN TAKE A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. Most of our items are shipped within a week, though. Our warehouse is based in the state of Florida, United States and ships Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email.
