Refunds/Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

At iMatch Apparel, we want you to feel good about what you ordered. Every piece is made with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Because many of our items are printed in limited runs or made to order, we do not accept returns for general buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. However, we will always make it right if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

Size exchanges may be accepted if the item is:

Unworn

Unwashed

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

In its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges unless the issue was caused by an error on our end. Because some items are limited or made to order, exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Limited release items

Event exclusives

Gift cards

Custom or special-order items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND ONGOING SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES RIGHT NOW, ORDERS CAN TAKE A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. Most of our items are shipped within a week, though. Our warehouses are based in many locations and ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note, some items ship from different vendors regardless of any other items in the order.
