PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND ONGOING SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES, ORDERS CAN TAKE A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. Most of our items are shipped within a week, though. Our warehouse is based in the state of Florida, United States and ships Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email.
